The HASP Remote Update System (RUS) will allow
you to accomplish the following without having to send your authorization key to
Intellipharm, LLC:

Determine the
number of simulation runs remaining on your authorization key

Add simulations
runs to your authorization key after placing an order with Intellipharm, LLC.
To take advantage of the Remote Update System,
first download the hasprus.exe application.

Connect the authorization key to your computer.

Double-click hasprus.exe to launch the HASP HL RUS utility.

Select the "Collect Key Status Information" tab.

Click "Collect information" button. Intellipharm, LLC suggests you use
your name when prompted to save the file. The extension is .c2v for
"customer to vendor".

Send the file to Intellipharm, LLC as an email attachment.
Once received, Intellipharm, LLC can let the
customer know how many simulation runs remain on the key. If a prior order
has been placed, Intellipharm, LLC will prepare a .v2c file for "vendor to
customer".
To apply an update from Intellipharm, LLC:

Make
sure the authorization key is connected to your computer.

Double
click the .v2c file. The HASP HL RUS window should appear. If it
does not, right click the file and select "open with" from the right-click menu
and browse your directories to where you saved the hasprus.exe
application.

Click
"Apply update" in the HASP HL RUS window. After the update has been
applied, the "Save update receipt" window should appear. Save this file
using your name with an extension of .c2v and send it as an email attachment to
Intellipharm, LLC. This will allow Intellipharm, LLC to check that the
update was successful. Otherwise, you can repeat steps 1-5 above to
determine the status of the key.
